GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product received, you have 14 business days to return it, counted from the day you receive the merchandise. For this, you must notify us via email at gestionpedidos@dayjo.net, indicating all the details of your purchase.
If the cause of the return was that the returned item does not correspond to what was requested in the order, the ELECTRICIDAD DAYJO online store will bear the costs of the return and the new order shipment.
The customer can always make any return at their own risk and means, in which case the return costs will be FREE, it is the customer's obligation and responsibility that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition, in case the merchandise arrives damaged we will not be responsible for the costs. Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the package and that we will proceed to send you a new item or refund your money. In case of giving the money back, we will do it using the same payment method that you used at the beginning. The lead time of the refound varies depending on the bank that issued your credit card.
